Tea powder: 3 years; Popcorn and Tea Ice Cream: 1 year. Please refer to the expiration date on the outer package.
2. How long does shipping and delivery take after placing an order?

3. How are shipping fees calculated?
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination region and package weight.
4. What factory certifications do you have?
Our certifications and qualifications include FSSC 22000 (including ISO 22000 & HACCP), B Corp Certification, FDA, HALAL, and Tse-Xin Organic Certification. Certain certifications apply only to specific products.
5. How can I inquire about commercial or wholesale partnerships?

Tea, Popcorn & Other Products
1. What makes your tea powder different?
Our tea powders are made from whole tea leaves using low-temperature grinding and ultra-fine processing, with no added flavorings, sugar, or other additives.
2. What makes your popcorn different?
Our air-popped popcorn is light and crispy, made with real tea leaves for an authentic tea aroma and flavor. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
3. What sizes are available?
Tea powder is available in 50g and 300g retail sizes. For commercial or wholesale specifications, please contact us.
4. How can your products be used?
Our tea powders can be used for beverages, bubble tea, bakery, desserts, ice cream, chocolate, snacks, sauces, and other food applications.
